This morning I was in my 1st ever 5K Mud Run and Obstacle Course sponsored by the Marines . Never trained and had a bum knee but it was a blast . Me and over 1000 of my closest friends enjoyed the run . I ran as an individual w/ about 400 others but there were over 110 teams as well .

I did it last year in Ft Gordon and it truly kicked my ass. Was fun even though our team didnt win.

I had set 4 goals for the run
1) Finish the race - Check!
2) No new injuries - Check!
3) Not come in last place - Check!
4) Have Fun - Check! Check!
